One Vision Housing

One Vision Housing (OVH) is a Registered Provider of Social Housing, with approximately 13,000 homes across Sefton, Liverpool, Wirral, and more recently Cheshire and West Lancashire. OVH was formed in October 2006, following a successful stock transfer from Sefton MBC; operating as a not-for-profit organisation, regulated by the Homes and Communities Agency. OVH is part of The Sovini Group which was formed in December 2011.

OVH were recognised as one of the best organisations to work for in the UK, having claimed top spot in The Sunday Times Top 100 List and UK Great Workplaces. In 2014, EFQM named OVH as the best organisation in Europe for adding value to customers.

We provide a complete repairs and maintenance service to One Vision Housing including gas servicing & installation, void refurbishment, roofing repairs, investment works, electrical installations, re-wires and periodic testing and reactive maintenance. We also offer a 24hr call-out service for emergency repairs.

The 2016 – 17 STAR (Survey of Tenants and Residents) survey showed customer satisfaction with the repairs service is 92% and customer satisfaction with improvement works is 91%.
