SPS managers go ‘back to the floor’ for National Apprenticeship Week
In celebration of National Apprenticeship Week 2019 some of our Management team are going ‘back to the floor’ taking part in an apprentice role swap.
National Apprenticeship Week celebrates the impact of apprenticeships on individuals, employers and the economy. Sovini Property Services proudly supports apprenticeships and currently employ 27 apprentices in various roles from Apprentice Joiner to Multi-Skilled Apprentice.
On Wednesday 6th March Electrical Contract Manager Andy Bounds took part in a role swap with Liam Hidderley, Apprentice Electrician.
Andy, under the supervision of Liam, completed a communal lighting upgrade for customer One Vision Housing whilst Liam chaired a meeting with senior management and took part in a contract review meeting looking into profits and target performance.
Andy said: “I really enjoyed taking part in the role swap. It opened my eyes to how well my team work and how much I miss working on the tools”
