What career accomplishment are you most proud of?

"My proudest moment was when I became a Working Foreman and had taken my first steps into management, It was a totally new way of working."

Have you undertaken any professional qualifications during your career?

"The qualifications I have undertaken with SPS have helped me greatly, SMSTS, IOSH, NVQ in site supervisory. I really enjoy learning new things so that gives me the motivation."

What are the key skills that you have mastered throughout your journey?

"I would say its working under pressure. Repairs and Maintenance is a high pressure environment as the repairs and other works we complete affect customers lives."

What opportunities have been provided in terms of development?

"Every further training and education I have received has come from Sovini Property Services / The Sovini Group. They have helped me to develop, and I hope to keep learning with more education in the future."

If you could go back 10 years what advice would you give yourself?

"I wouldn’t change any advice, but just tell myself to keep working hard and keep setting goals that you want to achieve."
