Sovini Property Services offer all aspects of maintenance and construction services throughout the North West.

Sovini Property Services awarded two HQN accreditations

Sovini Property Services have been awarded two accreditations by the Housing Quality Network, in recognition of the excellent quality of service SPS delivers as a maintenance service provider.

The HQN Accredit: Gas and HQN Accredit: Contractor accreditations were awarded for excellence in service across all aspects of delivery, with 100% gas safety compliance for the past 6 years, the level of tenant and community engagement, and Value for Money, being highlighted as excellent examples of best practice.

These awards provide evidence to clients of SPS that the level of service being delivered is achieving or, in most cases, exceeding best practice standards.

Arturo Gulla, Group Director of Assets for One Vision Housing said: “As our current contractor, we are very pleased to see SPS gain these accreditations. We have consistently been impressed by the levels of professionalism shown by SPS, from operatives, managers and office staff. SPS have clearly demonstrated the delivery of an excellent quality and value for money service to our customers.”

Kevin Bentley at HQN, said: “This is not an easy accreditation to achieve, as we are looking for best practice across all aspects of the service delivery. SPS achieved really high quality in every area of delivery. In terms of productivity, other organisations should be looking at SPS to see how it’s done.”

Steven Parker Director of Sovini Property services said, “Achieving this excellent award has validated the hard work my team have completed over the last couple of years and it has confirmed our strengths and how we have capitalised on the opportunities to improve the services we provide. It is an excellent process to evidence the quality of work we complete and gives our current and future clients reassurance we deliver and provide an excellent benchmarked service”.
