Sovini Property Services completed a full void refurbishment for Pennag Housing Group on a property which was left with substantial structural damage after suffering extensive fire damage.
The detached property, which is split into two flats, required full refurbishment including a new roof, full rewire and central heating system as well as new kitchens and bathrooms.
The £80,000 12 week project commenced in January in particularly challenging weather conditions and was completed on time and within budget.
