Pine Court Housing Association is a registered social landlord who own and manage over 470 homes in Liverpool and Wirral.

We provide a complete repairs and maintenance service to Pine Court including gas servicing & installation, void refurbishment, roofing repairs, investment works, electrical installations, re-wires and periodic testing and reactive maintenance. We also offer a 24hr call-out service for emergency repairs.

We have recently undertaken a £480,000 refurbishment of Chung Hok House, Pine Court’s independent living scheme in Liverpool city centre. The refurbishment included replacement of the lift, erecting internal and external signage, refurbishment of all communal areas including the residents lounge, catering kitchen, guest bedroom and laundry room.

The 2016 – 17 STAR (Survey of Tenants and Residents) survey showed customer satisfaction with the repairs service is 97% and customer satisfaction with improvement works is 100%.
