A customer from Thornton, Merseyside, said the adaptation work carried out by Sovini Property Services in her home “changed my life completely”.

Ellie Highton said the installation of a wet room in her home said “the work was perfect and turned out exactly how they said it would.”

Ellie, who is in her 80s, was highly impressed by the professional approach of the seven tradesmen who worked on the property.

She said: “The men were just lovely and did a fantastic job. They offered to make me a drink and a sandwich while they were here and even went out to get me some milk.

“They even put my blinds up in the bathroom and kitchen when they were finished.

“They left everywhere clean and tidy at the end of each day and not once did I hear a swear word from any of them which is very unusual these days.”
